We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 28 days from shipping date of your order. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and in a resalable condition. Please include your proof of purchase and details of whether you would like a refund or exchange.Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. We will do our best to complete this process as quickly as possible.
