Return & Refund Policy

At Proto The Bike Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, including receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an item damaged in transit, Proto The Bike Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect order, or any reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange has been approved by our customer service team.
